MY KITCHEN End of Week One

Plumbing rough in nearly complete on appliance well. Copper pipes are for Main Refer. Ceiling shows recessed housing for lights which will all be energy compliant LED fixtures.
Problems of the week: windows delayed, wine refer never made it onto the final order, sump pump now installed under house, tree roots have invaded drainage pipes.
Next week: finish electrical installations for 1st inspection before closing ceiling/walls

ALWAYS HIRE PROFESSIONALS :0)

These guys from AIS really know their business of installing high end appliances. The installations are seamless.
Time to take a break now, as we come down the home stretch for the SF Showcase. Wall covering installed, Hood finish applied, only 1 counter left to go along with the backsplash. The decorative lighting is all next week and then VOILA` Come and see the completed project!

SF Taking shape

All the hardware was installed today, many of the counters as well. The appliances even made the mad trip from the basement to the kitchen and are piled up ready to install. Tomorrow the counters should finish up and we'll get started on the backsplashes! Affinity Studios somehow manages to work around all this chaos and Peta is applying a finish to the plaster walls/ceiling
